These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with you and Match Teamwear Ltd. By using this website and making purchases from Match Teamwear Ltd you agree to these terms and conditions. Match Teamwear Ltd may change these terms at any time. Please review these terms often to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Match Teamwear Ltd. If you do not agree to all the following terms you should not use this site. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

As soon as we receive a complaint action will be taken to rectify the problem. If you contacted us by post or email we will reply by email. If you contact us by phone we aim to be able to resolve the issue immediately. If we need a little time to investigate the matter then we will respond no later than the following working day.
If we are unable to resolve your dispute and you were sold your product online or by other electronic means and you are within the European Union (EU) you may refer your complaint to the EU Online dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Upon receipt of your complaint the ODR will escalate your complaint to your local dispute resolution service – this process is free and conducted entirely online. You can access the ODR platform on http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Match Teamwear Ltd does not seek to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from their negligence.

SALE OF GOODS
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and include UK VAT at 20% unless stated or you have selected an alternative currency. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept payments from: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your account is charged immediately on placing an order. You may also be given the opportunity to pay by Klarna.
When you are ready to purchase your goods you will be transferred to our payment pages. Only now will you be asked to enter your payment details. If your card is registered with your bank for advanced fraud checking features such as Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and Address Verification Service (AVS) you will be asked to provide additional security details. You can confirm the secure connection by checking that the web address (URL) starts with 'https://'.
Confirmation of order
When we have received your order or payment you will receive confirmation of your order by email. This order does not constitute a binding contract until the point at which we despatch your order. Contracts will be concluded in English language.
We take payment at the time you place an order. We only put items on pre-order when our factory confirms a shipment date. Our pre-order date is the date that we expect to despatch your order. If you ordered a custom kit it is the date we will start to make it. Unfortunately unforeseen delays do occasionally happen and we do our best to keep you informed of your order progress at all times.
You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your order. You must provide Match Teamwear Ltd with written notice of cancellation in a durable medium and you must return at your own cost all goods in the state in which they were received by you. If we have already processed your payment we will refund you in full within 30 days of cancellation.
Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply where Goods are specifically made to your specification or personalised at your request e.g. custom kits, squad numbers, club badges etc
